4. Important Reminders

Mandatory On-site Briefings on April 1st and 2nd at 7:00 and 11:30

This year, there will be two briefings on both event days:

• Morning Briefing (7:00):

  All volunteers with shifts starting between 7:00 and 10:00 must attend this briefing. Please arrive at the GenAI Zürich 2024 registration desk before 7:00. You'll receive your volunteering T-shirt there.

• Afternoon Briefing (11:30):

  All volunteers with shifts starting in the afternoon must attend the briefing at 11:30 at the registration desk. You'll also receive your volunteering T-shirt there.

If your shift starts after 17:00 and you're unable to attend either briefing, please find Anastasia at the registration desk at least 30 minutes before your shift starts. She will provide you with instructions and your volunteering T-shirt.

Please note that between 8:00 and 10:00, registration will be very busy, so avoid checking in as a volunteer during this time unless attending the morning briefing.

• Punctuality: Be on time for your assigned shifts and briefings. Let Anastasia know in case of any delay.
• If you witness something suspicious at the venue, please contact our security immediately.
• Free lunch for all volunteers (when you are not busy with your shift)
• You can leave your personal belongings at the Cloakroom or Backstage
• Your Volunteer badge gives you a full access to the event
• Please wear your Volunteer t-shirt during your shift and for the group picture
